Orders for perishable goods such as food items cannot be cancelled once they have been placed and confirmed. 

Refund policy: 

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases: 
  • The delivered food items include hair or is spoilt or if any significant issue is found with the food.
  • Customers must contact us immediately upon discovering the issue with the food items.
  • To request a refund, customers should provide details of the order and the issue encountered.
  • If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment account.
